Here's how it works: |

 Referrals for "One-time" Cleanings:
1. Client must be inside our service area. 2. Client must agree in writing to our rates and terms of service by signing our service agreement. 3. Client's account must remain in good standing. (No late payments, no bounced checks, etc.) 4. Client shall at all times adhere to the terms of our service agreement through the duration of payments to the referring scooper. A $15.00 referral fee will be paid by check to the referring scooper after completion of work and after client's funds successfully clear our bank. Whether or not we enter into a service agreement with the client for additional services, no additional referral fee will be paid. |

Referrals for Regularly Scheduled Service:
1. Client must be inside our service area. 2. Client must agree in writing to our rates and terms of service by signing our service agreement. 3. Client's account must remain in good standing. (No late payments, no bounced checks, etc.) 4. Client shall at all times adhere to the terms of our service agreement through the duration of payments to the referring scooper. 5. Client must select either weekly or twice a week regularly scheduled service. After funds have cleared for client's first full calendar month of service and that month of service has been completed, 33% of The Grand Poobah's regular rate for the client will be paid by check as a referral fee to the referring scooper, provided client's account remains current and in good standing. 33% of The Grand Poobah's regular rate for the client will be paid again after the second full month of service provided client's account remains current and in good standing. 33% of The Grand Poobah's regular rate for the client will be paid again after the third full month of service provided client's account remains current and in good standing. Payments will cease if client cancels service or fails to adhere to the terms of our service agreement and no subsequent payments will be made. Payments will cease if The Grand Poobah terminates service to the client voluntarily or involuntarily and no subsequent payments will be made. No payments will be made under any circumstances subsequent to any payment for the third full calendar month of service. |

Examples: 1. You refer a client for a one-time cleaning: A $15.00 check will be mailed to you after the client's payment clears our bank. No additional referral fee will be paid. 2. You refer a client for regularly scheduled service at our current "1 dog weekly" rate of $52.00 per month. The client maintains service for three full calendar months and the client's account remains current and in good standing: A $17.16 check (33% of $52.00) will be mailed to you after the client's payment for the first full calendar month of service clears our bank and the first full calendar month of service has been completed. A second $17.16 check (33% of $52.00) will be mailed to you after the client's payment for the second full calendar month of service clears our bank and the second full calendar month of service has been completed. A third and final $17.16 check (33% of $52.00) will be mailed to you after the client's payment for the third full calendar month of service clears our bank and the third full calendar month of service has been completed. 3. You refer a client for regularly scheduled service at our current "3 dog twice a week" rate of $121.33 per month. The client cancels service in the second month of service: A $40.04 check (33% of $121.33) will be mailed to you after the client's payment for the first full calendar month of service clears our bank and the first full calendar month of service has been completed. No subsequent payment will be made to the referring scooper. 4. You refer a client for regularly scheduled service at our current "1 dog weekly" rate of $52.00 per month. The client bounces a check in the fourth month of service: You will still receive your three $17.16 checks. What happens after the third full calendar month of service will not affect your referral payments.
